Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good reporting and presentation skills.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Supervise and guide the digital marketing team to ensure campaign performance meets KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, lead generation).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and performance reports to management.
  • Manage content planning and content writing across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
