    • Assist merchants in the proper setup, mapping, and validation of foundational shop data (inventory listings, pricing structures, and system settings).
    • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all hardware or localized dependencies are ready prior to the merchant going live.
  1. Merchant Training and Enablement
    • Deliver engaging, structured training sessions (both remote and on-site) to shop owners and their staff on core software features and data integrity best practices.
    • Educate merchants on how to navigate daily workflows, interpret reporting dashboards, and utilize standard support channels.
    • Tailor training delivery to accommodate varying levels of technical literacy among retail staff.
  1. Adoption Tracking and Operational Hand-off
    • Monitor early-stage usage metrics during the critical first 30 days to identify accounts showing low adoption or operational friction.
    • Actively gather and document initial user feedback and setup roadblocks, organizing insights for Product Managers to minimize future onboarding friction.
    • Seamlessly transition fully trained, operational merchants over to the Product Support Team for ongoing Level 1 care.
  1. Process Optimization and Documentation
    • Help create, refine, and update merchant-facing onboarding resources, localized “how-to” videos, and quick-start checklists.
    • Maintain clean status logs within internal project management tools to ensure full visibility into the deployment pipeline for the Operation Manager.
