JOB TITLE: WAITER/WAITRESS

REPORT TO: OUTLET SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY: we are seeking a skilled and friendly waiter to join our team . The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skill, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and beverage service. He/She responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring  customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

• Take orders from customers and put them into the POS system
• Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special request to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Check on customer throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for the next customer
• Handle cash and K pay transaction and make change accurately

Job Description

• Previous experience as a waiter or in similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evening, weekends and holidays as needed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
