Job Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (IT or related field)
– 1–3 years of experience in SAP end-user or support role
– Good knowledge of one or more SAP modules (SD/MM/FI/PP/WM)
– SAP certification (optional but a plus)
– Ability to work independently and proactively in team
Job Descriptions
– Overseeing the implementation and configuration of SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
– Coordinate and manage requests for changes to the SAP processes
– Work with functional leads to gather and document current processes.
– Assist in identifying gaps between existing processes and SAP Best Practices.
– Support the creation of “to-be” process documentation by department.
– Help departments review, clean, and validate master data.
– Support data migration activities using templates from consultants.
– Participate in functional testing (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, etc.).
– Record defects, feedback, and ensure fixes are verified.
– Assist in preparing training guides or SOPs.
– Provide hands-on support to users during training sessions.
– Serve as a local process expert during and after go-live.
– Act as a liaison between business teams and SAP team.
– Report project progress, issues, risks, and updates to the Senior Management
– Analyses SAP incidents raised by users and provides solutions
