- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modern trade or FMCG sector.
- Good knowledge of modern trade environment in Myanmar (City Mart, Ocean, Makro, etc.).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email reporting).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Visit assigned modern trade outlets daily to ensure product availability.
- Collect orders from modern trade customers based on store inventory and sales trends.
- Ensure product displays, shelf shares, and pricing follow agreed planograms and contracts.
- Maintain good relationships with store managers, merchandisers, and purchasing staff.
- Check expiry dates, stock rotation (FIFO), and ensure clean, organized shelf presentation.
- Monitor competitor activities (promotions, pricing, shelf share) and report regularly.
- Ensure timely and correct execution of trade promotions.
- Provide feedback on promotion performance and customer response.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to supervisors.
- Report on competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Able to work in East Dagon.
