- B.Sc (IC), B.Sc (Chemistry).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from raw materials to packaging.
- Supervise the production of seasonings and flavor packets, maintaining consistent taste and safety standards.
- Manage laboratory operations, including microbiological testing and equipment calibration.
- Enforce food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and prepare for audits.
- R&D: Collaborate with R&D teams to test and develop new flavors.
- Hygiene and Safety: Implement GMP and food safety protocols across production lines.
- Team Leadership Train and guide the QA team to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
