Manager Public Relations ( PR )-1 Post(Male/Female)

Require Job Design / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations , Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, media, or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role more preferred in FMCG field.
  • Experience with product launch PR campaigns and cross-channel communication.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
  • Proficiency in Burmese and English preferred.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with overall brand marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Lead publicity campaigns to support new product launches, promotions, and brand stories across various media platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the FMCG sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, digital, and sales teams to synchronize messaging and campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, brand stories, product pitches, and media kits.
  • Handle brand crisis communications, including preparing statements, managing media inquiries, and mitigating brand damage.
  • Organize and execute press events, product samplings, brand activations, and CSR campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage, consumer sentiment, and PR campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and voice across all external communications.
  • Work with external PR agencies and consultants to ensure message consistency and campaign execution.
