The head Chef is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the CRC shops are maintained at the highest level at all times.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise the preparation of all food.
- All food is prepared as par food preparation requirements.
- Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the operation.
- Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies.
- Prepare food requirements as par the menu.
- Overssee and supervise all kitchen staff.
- Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and are met.
- Oversee and monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required.
- Manage kitchen cost, food quality, hygiene , safety and inventory.
Job Description
- Previous experience as Head Cook or higher
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in same position
- High school graduate or higher
- Basic computer knowledge of word, excel
