Qualifications and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or retail industries.
- Proven track record in data-driven decision-making and project execution.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the digital customer journey, including user experience (UX), inventory management, and logistics.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process automation and streamline workflows.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and key business metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to senior management on business performance.
