Key Responsibilities
• Generate creative content ideas aligned for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Support campaign planning and develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and viral content.
• Write captions, short posts, and campaign copy in a trendy Gen Z tone.
• Develop creative storytelling ideas for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to align visuals and text.
• Research trends, viral content styles, and audience behavior.
• Current trends and social media waves to generate relevant, on-brand content ideas.
• Suggest fresh ideas to increase engagement and reach.

Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent writing skills in Myanmar and English.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience in content writing, social media, or marketing preferred.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or knowledge sharing content.
• Creative storytelling ability.
• Understanding of Gen Z tone, lifestyle, and digital culture.
• Ability to write short-form, engaging content.
• Strong research skills.
• Creative mindset with passion for social media trends.
