JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Manager in directing and organizing the staff of NomMee noodles and ice cream bar and our executive floor @ building #5. Maintain high class service, food & beverage offering, marketing to
maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
- Assist the Manager with interviewing, selecting, training, supervising and disciplining NomMee Staff
- Supervising the floor during meal period to ensure that NomMee standards and step of service are met through all guests, interactions.
- Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are complete each shift.
- Communicate effectively and in writing, to provide clear direction the staff.
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basic.
- Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
Job Description
- Previous experience as an outlet supervisor or higher
- Reading and writing in English a must
- High school graduate or higher
- Basic computer knowledge of word, excel
