Job Responsibility

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, provide personalized recommendation and cross-sell items
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ingredients, benefits and usage of products to educate customers.
• Demonstrations: Apply makeup and skincare product to showcase benefits.
• Sales Target: Achieve daily/monthly sales goals and contribute to over all brand revenue.
• Stock Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized display area.
• Coordinate with marketing and product team
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples

Job Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Experience:Previous experience in retail sales or beauty industry is required.
• Knowledge: Passion for beauty, fashion and skincare trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft office.
• Must have good writing and speaking of English.
• Collage diploma or equivalent(minimum)
• Cosmetology, beauty marketing or related fields may preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
