Job Responsibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in Digital Marketing Management.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Strong content creation skill and ability to run impactful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skill for market research, planning, and budgeting.
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends.

 

Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media interactions and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and product, events, and product broadcasting campaigns.
  • Implement MIS data collection, sampling, and merchandising plans.
  • Manage Above-the-Line (ATL) activities and ensure impactful execution.
  • Analyze monthly market share & marketing statistics for insights.
  • Plan and manage the yearly marketing budget effectively.
  • Mentor and coach employees to strengthen the marketing team.
