Dy-Manager Public Relations ( PR )-1 Post(Male/Female)

Require Job Design / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the FMCG industry or PR agency managing FMCG accounts.
  • Hands-on experience in media coordination, press release writing, and event planning.
  • Proficiency in Burmese and English preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated PR strategies to support brand positioning and product campaigns.
  • Coordinate media outreach efforts, including drafting press releases, scheduling interviews, and maintaining relationships with media personnel.
  • Support the organization of PR events, press conferences, sampling events, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, brand marketing, digital, and trade marketing to ensure PR alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with influencers, bloggers, and KOLs in the FMCG space.
  • Monitor media coverage, collect competitive insights, and prepare PR performance reports.
  • Contribute to the management of public image and corporate reputation across multiple platforms.
  • Assist in handling crisis communication and prepare timely internal and external statements.
  • Support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of PR resources.
