Requirement
- Graduated and must have related Diploma or Degrees.
- Must have 3 years of experience in FMCG management field.
- Able to travel and have driver license more preferred.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the FMCG sector, identifying key growth areas and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop tailored promotions and marketing materials that appeal.
- Monitor and analyze FMCG channel sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring competitive edge and market adaptability.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Marketing Manager.
