Deputy Manager for Product Quality Assurance – (Male / Female – 1 Post)

-Ensure that all features and functionalities of the platform are running smoothly and meet set standards.

-Oversee the delivery of SLAs, ensuring promises to our customers are consistently met.

-Engage with various teams to review their workflows, aiming to predict and prevent potential bottlenecks or issues.

-Advocate for process improvements to minimize risks and optimize efficiency.

-Proactively identify gaps or issues causing SLA failures or user pain points.

-Spearhead initiatives to rectify these issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

-Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams about platform performance.

-Implement improvements based on feedback and ongoing quality assurance findings.

-Regularly report to the Head of Product on quality assurance metrics, findings, and improvement measures.

-Maintain comprehensive documentation on quality assurance processes, identified issues, and resolutions.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.

-Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and their implications in a B2B e-commerce setting.

-Fluent in both Burmese and English.
